What sets you apart
As an IT Project Manager you will play a key role in our teams building FinTech software solutions, working with some of the world’s most innovative financial brands from Switzerland – Singapore
Your responsibilities:
- Project management in software development with a focus on achieving time, quality and budget targets
- Contact person for the customer in all aspects of the project, from preliminary clarifications to GoLive and follow-up support
- End-to-end responsibility for the delivery of agreed digital banking solutions at national and international banks
- Definition and coordination of realistic project goals in terms of economic efficiency and feasibility
- Establishing suitable team and communication structures to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Support and assistance in the preparation of offers and contracts
- Support in developing concepts and finding professional/technical solutions
- Risk & change management, financial project controlling and planning of resource requirements
What you bring with you:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or comparable
- At least 2 years of experience in managing software customer projects
- Project management certification (e.g. PMI, Prince2, GPM) or equivalent experience in Scrum and SAFe
- Experience with business processes in the banking sector such as payments, assets and mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- High quality standards and good sales and negotiation skills
- Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English for working in an international team
