What many people don&#8217;t know: We also bring the same engineering approach to a completely different market, namely the Swiss real estate industry. Our goal there is simple: to give estate agents a modern digital basis without every office having to reinvent the wheel &#8211; or manage a six-figure project.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">One platform, many brands &#8211; the white label principle<\/h4>\n\n<p>The core of our offering is a sophisticated real estate platform that we offer as a <strong>white label solution<\/strong>. In concrete terms, this means a technical basis that we have stabilized, performance-optimized and expanded over the years to include the most important broker functions &#8211; property management, search filters, lead capture, image handling, mobile optimization, SEO framework, GDPR-compliant forms. This is exactly what a real estate site needs to achieve &#8211; without unnecessary effects, without overloaded sliders, without the typical performance problems that are familiar from many industry sites.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The same foundation, completely different brand worlds<\/h4>\n\n<p>The white label principle becomes exciting when you see <strong>how different the same technical substructure can look<\/strong> if the branding is implemented consistently. The best example: <a href=\"http:\/\/gansimmo.ch\">gansimmo.ch<\/a>. Such theme variants can be maintained cleanly on our platform without having to initiate a new project each time &#8211; a configuration layer, not a code fork. It is precisely this flexibility that is the real added value of a sophisticated white label system: brand customizations are no longer special projects, but part of daily operations.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PanoCota &#8211; 360\u00b0 tours without the cost barrier<\/h4>\n\n<p>A modern estate agent website is one half of the story. The other is what prospective buyers find there when they click on a property.
