Modernization of web banking
State of the art responsive e-banking
We have made adjustments to online banking for some regional banks. The banks use the Avaloq Banking Suite, a software suite developed and distributed by a leading financial software company in Switzerland. The suite is currently used worldwide. ONLU provided support in the design and implementation of the web banking front end.
The adjustments included the following functions:
- A new user interface that is more user-friendly and appealing.
- New functions such as the ability to make online transfers, pay bills and track financial transactions.
- An improved security concept to protect customer data from unauthorized access.
The bank’s customers have responded extremely positively to the changes.
Both the new user interface and the additional functions have received a lot of praise. The bank has also noticed increased customer satisfaction and greater customer loyalty.
We are proud to have supported this project. We are pleased that we were able to help improve the bank’s online banking and offer customers a better user experience.
