Development of a state of the art CLM and contract solution
An innovative contract management system was developed for a Swiss bank that specializes in wealth management, asset management and investment banking and is active worldwide. ONLU played a decisive role in this project.
As fullstack developers, ONLU’s main tasks were both in the area of the contract management platform and in CLM integration/deployment/test harness.
In the CLM area, the tasks included the integration of new modules into the CLM system, the implementation of automated deployment and test processes as well as backend development with Spring Boot. Technologies such as Spring Boot, Angular, Kubernetes and Kafka were used.
The ONLU team of full-stack developers contributed to the comprehensive contract management platform. The focus here was on creating a user-friendly admin GUI with Angular for configuring contracts. In addition, the backend was developed with Spring Boot to efficiently support contract management. This work was done using technologies such as Spring Boot, Angular and Kubernetes.
